IN April 2018, Redrow opened the doors to its highly anticipated Dover Meadows development in Maghull and the development that is described as ‘the best of both worlds’ has now launched phase two.

With just four homes left for sale on phase one, the success of this phase has paved the way for the second wave. This will include a mix of three and four-bedroom homes from Redrow’s Heritage Collection – with exteriors inspired by the prestige of the 1930s Arts & Crafts architecture movement and modern, stylish interior features.

In total, there will be 11 homes on the new phase starting from £334,995, the first of which will be ready to move into in April 2020.

Lesley Myers, sales manager for Redrow Homes (Lancashire), said: “When we first launched Dover Meadows we had such great interest and, in the first six months of launching, we had 33 reservations. It’s in a great spot and has a real community feel.”

Dover Meadows occupies a semi-rural location that borders Lancashire’s lush landscape and is close to the thriving city of Liverpool. The area benefits from good schools as well as excellent commuter connections. Maghull has plenty of shops, supermarkets and leisure facilities while Liverpool city centre is a short drive away or a 20 minute journey by train from Maghull Station.

Redrow’s dedicated team of sales consultants, including Danielle Wynn and Dawn Morters, will be on site daily to chat to potential buyers about the new homes. For additional information about Dover Meadows call 0151 515 5238 or visit www.redrow.co.uk/DoverMeadows.
